Summary/Abstract: The publication of acts in the Romanian Official Journal and the requirements of the reasonable term in the framework of the good governance. The publication on the Romanian Constitutional Court’s website of a recent decision1 gave birth into media to numerous discussions related both to its content and implications it has on the juridical and political system, but also to the moment when they are going to produce. These considerations determined us to research from a scientific point of view the process of acts’ publication into the Official Journal of the State and to try to identify some ways this process could be improved. The present research is placed into the larger framework of the project “The right to a good administration and its impact on public administration’s procedures”2 (Code ID 698), financed by the Romanian National University Research Council.
