Summary/Abstract: This research aims to identify the nature of hate crimes and the laws related to them from the point of view of professors of the Faculty of Arts at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, using the descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was designed to collect data and was distributed to a sample of (150) university professors. The results of the research revealed that there is a statistical significance between the nature of hate crimes, the laws associated with them, and the variables of gender, academic experience, and marital status.
