Summary/Abstract: The text addresses the problem of reconstructing the constitutional norms of subjective rights, pointing out the differences in the obligations of the interpreter of a legal text depending on the semantic formulas used by the legislator to qualify the addressee’s appropriate behaviour. The differentiation of deontic formulas justifies the distinction of two groups of constitutional provisions regulating the legal situation of an individual – simple and directional provisions. The study characterizes the methods of deontic qualification of constitutional provisions and provides a model description of the process of reconstructing norms relating to the obligations of the state and the related rights of the individual, depending on the content characteristics of the provision.
