Participation of a social organization in administrative proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority

Summary/Abstract: The participation of social organizations in administrative proceedings conducted by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority has become increasingly significant due to the growing number of such proceedings. In principle, a social organization may, under certain conditions, take part in administrative proceedings involving another entity. In practice, however, it is often challenging to demonstrate that the organization meets the fundamental requirements set out in administrative procedure regulations, including the requirement that its statutory objectives align with the subject matter of the administrative proceedings.
