Summary/Abstract: As technology plays an increasingly central role in today’s world, technological rivalry is emerg-ing as a key factor in contemporary international relations. This article presents and analyzesa conceptual model of technological rivalry, encompassing the identification of key actors, areasof competition, strategic approaches, impacts on international relations, and associated socialdimensions. The proposed model seeks to enhance understanding of the dynamics of techno-logical rivalry and to identify socio-political phenomena that exhibit its characteristics.
