Method: The method used to achieve the research objective consisted of analysing the content of SRWL 2030 and analysing the activities carried out on the official Facebook account of the Lubuskie Province based on the operational definition adopted for the purposes of the study. The duration of the study is one year, from 15 February 2021 (the date of adoption of the strategic document) to 15 February 2022. A post was taken as the unit of analysis.
