Summary/Abstract: Competitive advantage is sustained by companies or organizations working on projects through learning. A conventional project model is usually utilized to manage the patterns and underlying relationships. However, it is not completely useful for studying organizational learning behavior or how it occurs. This problem ought to be solved from the perspective of innovative thinking. This paper studies the different processes and their dynamic interaction to benefit organizations or companies and their organizational learning when working on diverse projects.
