Summary/Abstract: In the field of sports, over time conflicts have been generated which, due to their complexity, have become illegal. This situation has been recognized by sports organizations, by athletes, at official games as for states and, in general, for any person related to sports which has led to the birth of a sports justice (sports law). After recognizing this reality, the right of the spot developed. At the international level, efforts have been made for several decades and it has been equally dynamic
