Summary/Abstract: The report provides information on the 17th RELIK 2024 annual international scientific conference on the theme “Reproduction of human capital - mutual connections Summaries of non-reviewed articles Summaries of non-reviewed articles and dependencies”, which was held on 14 - 15 November 2024 at the University of Economics in Prague. The conference was hosted by the Department of Demography of the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics. Discussions covered issues including the role of healthcare workers, the impacts of digitalisation, sustainability, healthy life expectancy, the demographic dividend and the reconciliation of work and family life. Contributions from young, emerging scientists from both Czech and foreign universities formed an important part of the conference proceedings. The interconnection of demography with other fields contributed to improving the understanding of the topics discussed, a factor that was considered by the professional community to be particularly beneficial.
