ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF EU MEMBERSHIP IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT LOGIC

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents some theoretical and practical contributions in the domain of identifying major risks that a manager should assume for the implementation of projects in order to obtain a dynamism in economy and an orientation towards excellence, main advantages and limits of management use that must be known in order to eliminate a wastage and the overcoming of the present crisis of a over-consume by investments in infrastructure, structural reforms with financial support for projects accessed and the implementation realized by the managers’ mastery. Evaluating on a short, medium or long term the impact of the Romanian adhesion to the European Union, we could shape a quantitative and a qualitative image of some visible progress in all basic levels of the Romanian society. In conclusion, we consider that the promotion of a management system through projects contributes in a significant manner to the acceleration of the inducing of new, the implementing of changes, the dynamism of the Romanian economy and the orientation towards quality and excellence.
