Summary/Abstract: In this paper we try to have a specific approach of the concept of the entity in difficulty. We can say that there are two directions to analyze the difficulty of an entity, and these directions are the juridical and the economic one. Also we try to analyze some models based on the global diagnosis. The viability of an entity is appreciated in different ways, depending on the specific model of analysis.
