Summary/Abstract: The article presents the company management problems operating into a global environment, on a global market, digital management prospects and a concept concerning mobile digital management that is defined by the author and whose technological basis is the Internet, the mobile network technology and a mobile devices class which are considered to become a fundamental platform for the future applications.
