The objective was to determine the actual effect of training on some selected measures of local government economic performance, which is a component of the economic pillar of social responsibility. The scientific study focuses on the theoretical and practical training of statutory and local government council members and how it affects some economic measures of local government performance, including economic performance, the size of the municipality’s net assets per capita, long-term and short-term liabilities, capital expenditures, fixed assets, liquidity, current account balance, and investment intensity.
