Summary/Abstract: The article examines the issue of self-defense and extreme necessity outside of criminal law. In other laws, these two legal institutes are primarily regulated in the context of the use of weapons. The conclusion proposes simplifying the regulation of the use of weapons in several laws, linking it solely to self-defense.
