Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of an online survey among the members of the Bulgarian Association for People Management on the attitudes towards a wider use of the dual educational system. The aim of the survey is to identify areas for improvement and to offer concrete recommendations towards the inclusion of adult learners in practice and internships in companies. Emphasis is placed on the need for greater flexibility and a different approach when a dual form of education is organized in VET centers.
