Summary/Abstract: Innovative use of educational technology in the classroom is obvious and relates to the priorities of the state policy on the development of education and science in general. After creating effective functioning of the national system of higher education is a prerequisite for high-quality training of future specialists. This allows the rise of higher education in Ukraine to the level of higher education in the developed world and its integration into the international scientific and educational community.
