Summary/Abstract: In order to solve research tasks educational research workers in higher educational institutions use empiric and theoretical methods of scientific researches. But in spite of big variety of theoretical methods a lot of discussion questions appear, and answers to them not only upgrade the results of research work but become the object of scientific dispute.
