Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the changes entered into force by the amendment of 7th July 2022 to the Code of Criminal Procedure, regarding bail which may be used as part of conditional detention. The article presents this issue on several levels. The first is the form of submitting a declaration regarding the origin of the subject of bail. The second concerns the submission of a complaint against the prosecutor’s decision to refuse to accept bail. The third is the possibility of submitting a complaint against the decision of the court of second instance issued as a result of a complaint against the introduction of the bail. In summary, the critical comments were presented in terms of the changes introduced.
