Summary/Abstract: The legal regulation of the recreational sector and agrotourism of Ukraine are analyzed in this article. It is established that there is a need for distinguishing between the concepts "rural tourism", "green tourism", "eco-tourism" and conducting passportization of subjects of rural tourism.
