Summary/Abstract: The Z-generation was born in the world of mobile technology. The mobility, internet, cloud, is a integral part of education now. The digital strategy in the education in the slovak schools is looking for a number of the digital devices in class, digital content and implementation of technology into the curricula. But the last seventeen years, we do not make the progress from qualified users of the digital technologies to creative users with creative digital literacy, who know and use added value of the digital technologie for personal and social development of an individual. The paper presents the outputs and results of the Incubator of Innovative Teachers of Microsoft (IIUM), where we implement teacher education and research to add value to digital technologies for the cognitive learning process of the pupil.
