Summary/Abstract: The article examines the influence of emotions on communicative behavior in adolescence. The emotional intensity and sensitivity characteristic of this period often lead to difficulties in communicating with peers and adults. Unconscious or suppressed emotions become a barrier to effective communication and mutual understanding. The importance of emotional awareness and the ability to express feelings as a basis for developing communication competence and building fulfilling relationships is emphasized.
