Summary/Abstract: This study examines the Russian Federation's (RF) information campaign using "fake news" during its war against Ukraine. The "fake news" targets Russia ("We"), Ukraine ("They"), and the West ("Third party"). The research analyzes the dynamics and prevalent topics of RF "fake news" to decode its intentions. Findings reveal that the dynamics of "fake news" reflect changing Russian priorities and tactics, and the topics reflect constant and changing aspects of the information campaign. The intentions behind the "fake news" reveal strategic and tactical objectives: delegitimizing the Ukrainian government, justifying Russia's actions, and splitting the anti-Russian coalition.
