Summary/Abstract: In this paper, a general nuclear-seed theory of the origin and creation of the universe is suggested for arbitrary dimensional spaces, which is one of the main problems of the natural sciences. This newly proposed theory is that the universe and its early evaluation could be created from the nuclear seed as a continuous process, and this theory is supported with proofs. The aim of this study is also to provide a brief overview of the exciting progress realized during the past hundred years regarding the formation theory and modeling of the universe, highlighting some key breakthroughs and present challenges. The nuclear seed model is very successful in explaining the observed phenomenology of the universe based on the formalism of living and nonliving systems. From this point of view, nuclear seed theory has become the fundamental theory for the progress of all modern natural sciences for the study of the formation of the universe.
