Summary/Abstract: The basis of education in kindergarten is to lead the child to acquire the basics of key competencies necessary for life in our society through his/her abilities. One of these competencies is the ability to communicate as a basic ability for existence in a group of people. The article offers possibilities for developing the language competencies of preschool children using visual learning techniques in pre-primary education with an emphasis on connecting individual educational areas. The article presents the results after implementing the activities of the Program for the Development of Phonological Abilities using Visual Learning Techniques in a group of preschool children in a classical kindergarten environment.
