Summary/Abstract: Undoubtedly, the most basic reality that we observe in our Turkish national education system as classroom teachers is the importance of preschool education. Children's cognitive, affective and emotional intuitions are formed in the preschool period before starting basic education. Today, technology, which reaches all parts of the world and surrounds the era, has started to affect the lives of children as of the preschool period. The fact that various technologies such as computers, tablets, mobile phones, as well as many communication tools such as television, newspapers, magazines, radio have become traceable shows that the child has not been indifferent to technological developments since the womb. In this environment surrounded by technological products, children in the 0-7 age group, who are the most open to Deceleration and change, are greatly influenced and brought up with a popular culture that alternates between dream and reality. Since technology is easily accessible, it is usual for children to get acquainted with technology in the preschool period. Technology can enter children's living spaces and play a separate role in their education, communication and entertainment worlds. The fact that technology appeals to all ages and all areas allows children to turn to digital media. Especially the Internet, social media, computer games, etc. media elements attract the interest of children. This orientation brings children to have a say in the Internet and social media as a result of the spread of digital tools and easier use. While children are so intertwined with technology, educational institutions aim to raise individuals who use technology, starting from the preschool education level. For this purpose, preschool education is an important factor for future generations to become adults who communicate correctly, access reliable information, analyze information, use structuring effectively and adapt to the innovations of the age. Preschool education incorporates technology into the process in accordance with the educational environment and the content of education. In the process, preschool education uses information and communication technologies for the qualified development of teaching-learning activity.
