Summary/Abstract: Health services are all the activities carried out for the purpose of protecting the health of society and treating diseases. Improving the quality in healthcare is important for patients, service providers and society. The dynamic changes and processes that have emerged in the health sector have contributed to the formation of the quality movement in health services. In this context, quality has become a basic target for private and public sector health institutions. In order to improve the quality in healthcare, applications such as total quality management, quality awards and accreditation are used by institutions. The quality of health institutions is evaluated by the level of knowledge, qualifications and efficiency of the employees employed in them. In this context, in addition to medical personnel, their competencies should be supported with appropriate out-of-service / in-house and technology-based training with the participation of all personnel within the institution, such as food, cleaning, technical personnel. For this purpose, the investment in education is made; it is considered as an investment made to the person, the institution and at the same time to the whole society. In the article, the training methods of medical personnel within the scope of quality are mentioned.
