Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the impact of implementing the Zero Waste strategy on economic benefits in the hotel industry of the Republic of Serbia. A quantitative methodology was employed, comprising a survey among managers from various hotels, combined with statistical data analysis to verify hypotheses. The results indicate that investments in employee education, effective waste management policies, and investments in sustainable technologies significantly contribute to profit enhancement. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding and practical application of the Zero Waste strategy in the hospitality sector, providing evidence supporting the economic and environmental value of sustainable practices.
