Summary/Abstract: In my analysis of Ádám Császi’s film Three Thousand Numbered Pieces, I will attempt to justify its manifesto nature. I start from the traditions of Roma representation and the specificities of contemporary Roma culture. I interpret the film primarily as a social practice, referring to the antecedents, circumstances of its making and its impact. This is in line with the theoretical discourse of decoloniality, an ideology that I consider to be of utmost importance in critical academic discourse on Roma.
