Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the role of architect Rudolf Frič in the interwar urbanization of Bratislava's eastern suburbs. It focuses on the development of Cintorínska and Lazaretská streets, highlighting Frič's involvement in the regulatory process and his influence on the design of buildings, including the Slovenská Grafi a printing house. The study reveals how regulatory plans were tailored to the interests of developers, like Frič, who held positions within the city's regulatory bodies.
