Summary/Abstract: The European federal idea is not a new idea, emerging after the Second World War. It is as old as European society. The process of European integration of 27 nations, of practically merging them into one large European nation, is one of the most complex processes carried out by mankind in its history, perhaps even unique at the level of known history, since it is based on the creation of a common identities, by voluntarily relinquishing 27 separate identities, without using violence. The model we propose can be structured in two generational stages. The stage of the European Union of States, stage in which it is planned and carried out with the current generation and the stage of the United States of Europe, carried out by future generations, as the sum of the implementation of the cultural, economic and social homogenization measures applied at the level of the EU member states until in the year 2050.
