OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE RESEARCHERS FROM THE “ACAD. ANDREI RĂDULESCU” OF THE ROMANIAN ACADEMY TO THE PROMOTION AND AFFIRMATION OF THE FACULTY OF LAW OF TÂRGOVIȘTE LAW JOURNAL

Summary/Abstract: The year 2024 is the year in which the journal of the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences of the Valahia University of Targoviste celebrates its 20th anniversary. Coincidentally honoring for us, this year is also an anniversary year for the “Acad. Andrei Rădulescu” Institute of Legal Research of the Romanian Academy, which has been in existence for seven decades and which, for the Romanian legal school and, implicitly, for scientific research in the field, has represented and continues to represent an undeniable benchmark. Bringing together the two celebratory occasions, we evoke in the tabs of our study some remarkable names – researchers of the Institute - who contributed to the foundation and growth of the Law School in Târgoviște and, implicitly, to the promotion and affirmation of the faculty’s journal, whose existence we celebrate.
