Summary/Abstract: Women continue to face stereotypes and prejudices of social and cultural constraints, restricting access to education, preventing them from creating careers and realizing their full potential. They continue to be a minority in research and in leadership positions in the decision making process. At the same time, girls and women bear the heaviest burden of poverty and inequality. Girls and women in rural and underdeveloped areas bear it hardest. Such an approach generally affects the psychophysical condition of a woman because she has to invest significantly more effort and effort in order to achieve the position to which she is applying in accordance with her level of education. Women have to be empowered at every level, from the education system onwards. Awareness of women's work should be raised by providing equal opportunities for their participation and leadership in accordance with their level of education.
