Summary/Abstract: In the modern world, the role of women is constantly improving. These improvements bring numerous challenges and opportunities. As a computer engineer with fifteen years of experience in the industry, and now as a computer science teacher, I have insight into the challenges women face in engineering and education. This article will highlight the role of women in education and engineering, with a focus on their contribution to information technology and sports. Education is crucial for empowering women and ensuring their equal participation in society. Despite progress, there are still barriers and challenges that prevent full participation of women in the educational process, especially in fields such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. As a computer science teacher, I observe that more encouragement is needed for girls to choose engineering careers. Women in information technology face numerous challenges, including discrimination and lack of equal opportunities. Nevertheless, women in IT have proven their capabilities and contributed to significant innovations. My experience as an independent systems specialist in the industry has given me insight into how women can confront and overcome these obstacles and achieve success. As a basketball player, I have faced challenges brought by a sports career, particularly in balancing sports, professional and family life. Sports are important for developing discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills, which are also beneficial in professional life. However, there are still significant differences between men's and women's sports. Numerous challenges remain, such as violence against women, mobbing, and digital violence. These topics need to be addressed through education to reach a wider population and achieve awareness of mutual equality.
