Summary/Abstract: The art of embroidery has an important place in Turkish culture, which has a very rich history. Home wear refers to garments designed to provide comfort in daily life, usually made of comfortable and natural fabrics, ideal for rest, sleep or light activities at home. The aim of this research is; to examine the embroidery in Konya A.R. İzzet Koyunoğlu Museum and Konya Ethnography Museum in terms of technique, color, material, motif and usage areas by emphasizing the importance of traditional embroidery examples in Turkish culture; to transfer, reinterpret and ensure the sustainability of the embroidery to home wear designs by adhering to the weaving, color and motif characteristics of the examined embroidery. In addition, it is aimed to contribute to the ready-to-wear and textile sector by creating a new source of inspiration for home wear manufacturers in the collection preparation process. Qualitative research method was used in this study. While conducting the study, first of all, general information about Turkish embroidery art and home wear was given by reviewing the literature on the subject. Photographs of embroidered samples in Konya A.R. İzzet Koyunoğlu Museum and Konya Ethnography Museum were taken and nine samples were examined within the scope of the study. Using the Procreate program, a home wear collection consisting of nine sheets was prepared based on the weaving and motif characteristics of the embroidered samples included in the research. As a result of these studies, all data were evaluated and analyzed.
