Summary/Abstract: In every field of human activity, technology has gained an important place, with unlimited solutions designed to simplify daily activities in every aspect of our lives. Today we face unprecedented technological progress that is accelerated day by day by new digital solutions. We are witnessing a digital age unprecedent in human history and an increasing degree of connectivity. This digital technological advancement creates vulnerabilities, threats, disruptions, risks that call for protection need, more specific solutions and tools to remove cyber threats. Technological progress in the digital field requires, in addition to placing human beings on the new technological and digital foundations, the need to create a comprehensive legal framework to protect users, consumers and others against the risks associated with information and communication technologies (ICT). In other words, all the specific legal mechanisms for the digital operational resilience need to be created.
