Summary/Abstract: In today’s digital age, technology plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape. As classrooms become increasingly digitized, the need for teachers to be proficient in using technology has never been more critical. Teacher training in technology use is essential to ensure educators can effectively integrate digital tools into their teaching practices, enhance student learning, and prepare students for a technologically advanced world. This article explores the importance of technology training for teachers, the challenges faced, and strategies to improve and implement effective training programs (Andreas, 2004).
