Summary/Abstract: The relevance of this study is driven by the global digitalization of business processes, the rapid advancement of intelligent software and internet technologies, and the sustained growth trends in e-business operations. As technologies evolve and digitalization deepens, risk assessment software tools are transforming, expanding their capabilities from mere risk detection to comprehensive prevention. Selecting appropriate software solutions is crucial for e-business companies, as it enables them to promptly identify, predict, and mitigate risks arising during their operations. This article presents a comprehensive analysis of e-business development trends, identifies key risks, and substantiates the selection of software tools for risk assessment and the implementation of an intelligent management system in corporate governance. The study examines global trends in the e-business market and systematizes the primary risks inherent in this domain. Beyond technological risks, antitrust, legal, reputational, and information technology-related risks are highlighted. The research substantiates the significant potential of leveraging intelligent software, particularly solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI), for building an e-business risk management system. Such tools enable effective risk identification and prediction, as well as the creation of a modern, intelligentinnovative management framework. The proposed intelligent-innovative system integrates traditional management methods with artificial intelligence technologies to maximize risk management efficiency. Future research will focus on analyzing risk management strategies for risks associated with the war in Ukraine, using AI-driven tools for their identification, assessment, and mitigation.
