Summary/Abstract: A lien (mortgage and pledge ) is the safest means of securing credit system , because it requires a modern economic trends and stable markets. Principles lien act simultaneously and reciprocally. The lien must be improved and thus the principles , all due to the inclusion in the modern economy.
