9. Acquisition of the right of ownership in shares of a building by long-term usucapio. Copossession

Summary/Abstract: It cannot be held that the right of ownership in shares has been acquired by usucapio, since the appellant plaintiffs have not acted as true owners in respect of the whole of the land representing the difference between the area actually owned and that resulting from the title deeds, but each of them has possessed the land in its own yard, clearly demarcated from the adjoining land, there being in fact a division of use between the appellant plaintiffs.
