Economic Interaction and Competitiveness of Regional Development in Conditions of Clustering of Forms of Innovative Project Activity of Educational Institutions

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the economic interaction and competitiveness of regional development in the conditions of clustering of forms of innovative project activity of educational institutions, and also examines the impact of clustering on the economic development of regions. The focus of the study is the integration of educational institutions, scientific institutions and enterprises into single innovation clusters. The mechanisms by which such interaction contributes to increasing the competitiveness of regions, stimulates innovation and ensures sustainable economic growth are analyzed. The article considers the advantages of the cluster approach, including improving the quality of education, improving the qualifications of specialists, creating favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship and innovation. The socio-economic effects of clustering, such as the growth of employment, the improvement of the population's standard of living, and the development of social infrastructure, are also investigated. It has been determined that economic interaction and competitiveness in the context of regional development of educational institutions are important aspects for ensuring the effective functioning and development of education in certain regions. This study provides new knowledge and practical recommendations for economic interaction and competitiveness of regional development, based on innovation and integration of educational and scientific institutions in the economic activity of regions, which contributes to increasing their competitiveness at the national and global levels. Prospective scientific research on the activation of integration processes and the determination of measures to promote the development of clustering of innovation-project activity of educational institutions will contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of economic interaction and competitiveness of regional development, as well as the development of effective strategies to support the innovation-project activity of educational institutions. This, in turn, will help create conditions for sustainable economic growth and improvement of the population's welfare in various regions.
