Summary/Abstract: Our survival on the planet depends on the situation in nature, environmental and natural resources should be included among the priorities along with economics and production. It is unavoidable that the damage to natural resources and the environment will deteriorate as our population and the consumption of resources per head are constantly increasing, while at the same time there are negative climate changes. We have to manage our country in a way that gives priority to the preservation of our nature and which specifically binds itself to an attempt to avoid any further damage to our environment. Why? Because we should not leave the bad heritage that we give to our descendants. And because this is in our interest because ecological resilience and diversity make a more stable and productive basis for human lives. One of the examples of environmental protection laws in the 21st century is the United States where "the United States Congress passed federal laws designed to address pollution control and rehabilitation, including for example the Clean Air Act (Air Pollution), the Clean Water Act ( water pollution) and the Law on Comprehensive Environmental Protection, Compensation and Responsibility (CERCLA, or Superfund) (cleansing the contaminated site) ".
