Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article was to study the circumstances of peasant’s persecution for thefts during the Holodomor 1932–1933 and the invocation of the resolution of the General Executive Committee and Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR «On property protection of state enterprises, collective farms and cooperation and strengthening public (socialist) property», issued 7 August 1932.
