Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between teachers' levels of organizational cynicism and organizational commitment. The research was conducted with teachers working in primary and secondary schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Hopa district of Artvin province. The study population consists of 265 individuals, and data from 176 questionnaires were analyzed. The findings confirm that the organizational cynicism scale comprises three sub-dimensions: cognitive, affective, and behavioral. On the other hand, the organizational commitment scale was found to be unidimensional. Correlation analysis indicates a negative relationship between organizational commitment and organizational cynicism, as well as its cognitive, affective, and behavioral sub-dimensions. Regression analysis further reveals that organizational cynicism, cognitive cynicism, and affective cynicism negatively affect organizational commitment. The study’s findings are largely consistent with the existing literature.
