Summary/Abstract: Today, increased competition and environmental changes necessitate organizations to develop new human resource practices strategies. With the transition from traditional human resources management to strategic human resources, the roles and responsibilities of organizations in human resources management are changing. This situation increases the importance of human resource analytics and brings data-based decision-making processes to the forefront. Human resource analytics (HRA) helps organizations to make data-driven decisions, improve performance, and achieve strategic goals. The aim of this study is to determine how and what the trends in human resource analytics are in the literature and to provide data to researchers on how it will progress in the future. In addition, another important aim of the study is to determine which countries focus more on the subject and which authors and institutions are the most cited. As a result of the data obtained from the WoS database, the year with the most publications on HRA is 2022 (274 studies), the type of publication is article (1382), and the type of index is SCIExp. (727), the author with the most publications is Ivo D. Dinov (15), the most cited authors are Christopher C. Benz, Andrew Cherniack, Katherine A. Hoadley, the country with the most publications and citations is USA, the institution with the most citations is New York University (2049 citations), the institution with the most publications is Purdue University (6 publications), the most used keywords are human resource analytics, big data, and human resource management, the study with the most bibliographic matches is Liu (2018), the most co-cited source is the international journal of human resource management.
