A paradigm of university education "in excellence" in interwar society: Constantin Rădulescu-Motru

Summary/Abstract: In the course of the present research we try to capture as briefly and in as much detail as possible the formative-educational, personal „instruction” and advanced research path of a personality unjustly forgotten (or, at least, insufficiently present in the public spotlight): Constantin Rădulescu-Motru, President of the Romanian Academy in the interwar period, (sentenced to prison by the communists for being a „landlord”), a cultural personality of great caliber, the founder of experimental psychology in Romania. He launched the thesis of „energetic personalism”, which is still awaiting full acceptance in Romanian spirituality.
