Summary/Abstract: If no request for review has been made against the method of determining the judicial stamp duty, pursuant to Article 39 of GEO 80/2013, defences relating to the undue nature of the stamp duty may not be raised by way of a request for reimbursement of the stamp duty made pursuant to Article 45 para. (1)(a) of GEO 80/2013.
