Summary/Abstract: Between March 17 and 18, 2025, the Council of State of the Netherlands and ACA-Europe organized a seminar entitled Contributing to the Quality of Legislation. This was the fifth seminar held under the Finnish presidency, following previous events in Versailles (November 2024), Inari (May 2024), Zagreb (February 2024), and Stockholm (October 2023). Romania was represented at the event by the President of the Legislative Council, Mr. Florin Iordache.
