Summary/Abstract: The second part of the scientific study continues to problematise the sphere of crafts in Bulgarian artistic and production practices and living environment in the twentieth century. Operation “Artistic Crafts” – so titled to emphasise the manipulative nature of these processes, after the mid-1950s manifested itself in the “stratifying” phase, followed by an “incorporating” phase of the 1970s. The text reveals the consequences of the shift of some crafts from the economic to the cultural sphere.
