Summary/Abstract: Even if the claims are made in a joint statement, they are based on different causes of action because they arise from separate legal relationships and the plaintiff has based its claim on contractual civil liability, so that each claim before the court has its legal cause of action in the corresponding contractual relationship. As the verification of the amount of each claim shows that none of them exceeds the ceiling of 200,000 lei provided for in Article 94 (1) (k) of the Civil Procedure Code, the provisions of Article 99 of the Civil Procedure Code are applicable, the Court having jurisdiction over each claim.
