Summary/Abstract: Taking the examples from the poetical works of the Greek poet Nonnus Panopolitanus, the author of this article aims to highlight certain constants of the concept of book, letters, word, and voice as a literary topos, which is otherwise characteristic of Late Antique poetry as a whole, whether its authors were pagans or Christians.
